The upcoming episodes of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will bring out a big twist in which Shagun's heart will be getting break down because Raman will deny to get marry with Shagun aka Anita Hassanandani. Shagun will be getting shocked and then forget all this. 

Actually, Bhalla family is talking with the Shagun about the wedding. Shagun will be getting keep quite and say that, I don't know what Raman will be getting ready with this or not?

The Upcoming episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will show that, Raman will decide to marry Shagun in his upcoming life. He will the place of wife to Shagun (Anita Hassanandani). He will decide to give all those things which Shagun actually deserves in her life. 

There are some reasons which will leads to Raman on this decision. Actually, Pihu ask a number of questions to Shagun and whole family about the marriage of Shagun and Raman. 

Some of the classmates of Pihu (Ruhanika Dhawan) said to her that, Shagun is not real mummy and she is living in your house only for you and she is not married to you father Raman Bhalla. 

That's why Pihu said to Shagun to show her marriage photo album in which Shagun married to Raman. Firstly, Shagun is getting tensed but then, she show her old photo album. 

Apart from her, all other people also blamed Shagun as bad woman because she is living in Bhalla house with to get marry with Raman as a mother of Pihu.
